Gallant was successfully awarded the international standard of Pearson VUE exam center in 2015. The obtainment of this international certificate indicates that our technical capacity, under the guidance of international standards, takes the lead in the information technology support service industry.

Exam Registration:

Online Registration
Go to Pearson VUE website and register your own account 3 working days before the exam date.

Register with exam voucher code
Email to education@gallantcomputer.com the voucher redemption code indicated in your exam letter. Please note that the redemption code is NOT the actual voucher. Please also include your exam program and examinee info in the email.

Walk-in Registration
Come to Gallant Computer office to complete the registration and pay the exam fee.
03.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Scheduled Exam

Inform Pearson VUE at least 2 working days before exam date.

Visit your exam program’s homepage and sign in.

Select the exam you’d like to reschedule or cancel from ‘Upcoming Appointments.’

You will receive an email confirming any changes to your appointment.

Don’t forget to click ‘Confirm Reschedule’ on the final screen to ensure your changes have been saved.

In the case of last minute cancelling or rescheduling, contact Pearson VUE as well.
-
Failure to turn up for scheduled exam will be considered as “No Show”.

Confirming Registration

You will receive a confirmation email from Pearson VUE upon successful registration.

If you do not receive confirmation message the day before examination, please contact Pearson VUE.

After registration please confirm whether the exam is available two days before the exam date.

Examinee should not be absent without any reasonable excuses otherwise affording test expense without refund.

If you have any questions, please contact Pearson VUE customer service.

Candidate Regulations
-
Examinee required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

Please bring two copies of government-issued photo-ID card such as Citizen ID Card, driver’s license or passport.

Please be punctually at your exam time. Examinee who is late for 15 minutes probably lose test qualification and afford test expense without refund.

Before admission, please carefully read test regulations and sign agreement. For any questions, please ask for the proctor.

An erasable noteboard and a pen will be given to examinee before exam and they should be return to centre after exam.

A score report is printed automatically when your exam is completed. Some exam programs are not providing instant score report and you need to check the exam program policy.
